Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the site, joining the waitlist, or accessing the beta, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live and work.

3. Beta program

• Beta invitations are granted at our discretion and in batches; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
• During the beta, the product is provided free of charge. Published prices take effect only after general availability.
• Beta software changes quickly: features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time, and data created in the beta may be reset where technically necessary.
• Early-bird benefits announced on this site (for example, lifetime free profiles for eligible waitlist registrants) are granted under the then-current program rules. Benefits obtained by circumventing our anti-abuse measures — such as duplicate applications from the same person or device — may be withheld or revoked.
• If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

4. Acceptable use

Mango Browser is built for legitimate purposes such as managing multiple accounts you are entitled to operate, cross-border e-commerce, advertising operations, testing, and research.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you access through the product. We do not encourage or endorse any use that violates them.

You must not use the service to:

• commit fraud, phishing, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful act;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts that are not yours;
• probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or bypass our security and anti-abuse measures;
• resell, sublicense, or share beta access without our written permission;
• reverse engineer the service except to the extent a law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates this section.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the product, and all related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as intended. No other rights are granted.

6. Pricing

Everything is free during the beta. Prices shown on the pricing page describe the plans we intend to offer at launch and may be adjusted before general availability; changes will be announced on the site.

7. Third-party services

The service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services (for example, proxy providers or platforms you access). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service — especially while in beta — is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular third-party platform will remain accessible through it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us for the service in that period.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to remove your email from the waitlist. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for security reasons, or when the beta program ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12) survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore or the Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; material changes will be announced with additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
